The nine buildings include 3 office buildings, 5 industrial production facilities, and an old gym totaling over 1.2 million square feet and on over 50 acres.

One building is leased to Jo-Mar Group, LLC, one building to R.L.Stowe Ventures, LLC, and the others are vacant.  The empty buildings are the gym, an old credit union for the Stowe employees, and the old HR office.
