Tae Kwon Do I am a Tae Kwon-Do black belt. Coordination not being a strong characteristic of mine, I spent a good 12 years achieving this.  

Aviation I have been flying aircraft since I was 16.  I was officially licensed in 1992.   I am currently a certified flight instructor in airplanes and helicopters and enjoy teaching flying.  See info at http://www.gerlicher.com/michael/helicopters

Music I have always had an intense appreciation and love of music. I like to play keyboards and bass guitar, and am currently playing in a local band called Code 42.   

Combat Robots I built my first combat robot and competed with it at Botbash in Phoenix.  I did not do well the first time, but I learned a lot!  Next time, LOOK OUT.  I plan on shredding some robots.  My combat robot website is at http://www.wickedrobots.com.  

Many Others I have been through a lot of hobbies.   Some of them I still enjoy, some of them were a waste of time.  I still like to work on my cars, ski, scuba dive, travel and otherwise enjoy life.  Rest assured, if it is fast, dangerous, destructive or constructive I have probably had it as a hobby.
